1. What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for!

If there is a product you are looking for and can’t find it our website, Please contact us and we may be able to source it for you.

2. Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes we do ship overseas, please note that international shipping can be expensive. We suggest you email us to arrange a quote before you place your order.

3. How long will it take to receive my order if I get it delivered?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, if the products are in stock. Sometimes items are temporarily out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you regarding the likely delivery time. If you like, any out of stock items can be placed on back order.

Local deliveries to South East Queensland can be expected to be received in 1-2 days of dispatch. For National Standard Postage deliveries can be expected in 3-7 days of despatch depending on your location. For urgent parcels, Express Post can be selected at checkout and would normally be received within 3 days of dispatch. All freight in transit is barcoded and is trackable at all times.

4. We have a trade account with Dimarco International, we normally receive a discount. Will we still receive this discount online?

Yes, all Trade customers will receive their normal discount off the trade price at the invoice stage (the discount will be detailed on your invoice), provided you log into the website as an account holder. You can still continue to submit orders via email and your normal discounts will also still apply. All Trade customers get a 30 Day end of month payment term.

5. Delivery Information

Orders should be checked upon receipt so that discrepancies can be dealt with promptly.
Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as it is received and your payment has cleared (retail customers only)

6. Payment & Taxes

  • Payment is by PayPal, Master Card, Visa Card
  • Pre-payment is required for all orders before processing
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include a 10% GST
  • GST does not apply to International orders – prices will be adjusted accordingly
  • Use the currency conversion link to calculate the cost of your order

7. Government Taxes

Orders delivered to Australian addresses are subject to 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax)
International Orders may be subject to relevant Government charges applicable to the country of import and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Australia Orders (Retail Only)

  • Flat Rate Regular Post Shipping is $6.00 – Trackable Through Aust Post -(For Australian addresses Only)
  • Flat Rate Express Post Shipping is $12.00 – Trackable Through Aust Post -(For Australian addresses Only)
  • Orders are sent by Courier or Australia Post
  • Delivery to a Street Address is preferred
  • Shipping to Post Office Boxes is available
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery

All freight in transit is barcoded and trackable at all times

All Orders require a street address.

We ship to both Commercial & Residental addresses with the options of Signature on Delivery or Authority to Leave (ATL)

International Orders

Our website will calculate the freight charges

All Freight Charges are quoted in Australian Dollars

Australia Post International: Is a door to door service, customs clearance and taxes imposed by the country of destination may apply.
Delivery is by your local Postal Service.

TNT International: Is a door to door service and includes the customs clearance, but does not include taxes imposed by the country of destination.

9. Returns Policy

Buyers must advise Dimarco International regarding the receipt of damaged products within five days of their arrival. Damaged goods can be reported by telephone or email.

In order to receive a replacement or refund, the goods must be received by Dimarco International within 14 days of their documented receipt by the buyer.
