How to Pray the Stations of the Cross Rosary
On the Crucifix: Say the Apostles’ Creed.
On the first pendant bead: Say an Act of Contrition.
On the next beads (the 5 introductory beads): Reflect on the five wounds of Jesus using a short prayer or the Prayer to Jesus Christ Crucified.
For each of the 15 Stations:
Announce the station (e.g., “The First Station: Jesus is condemned to death”).
Say 1 Our Father on the first bead.
Say 1 Hail Mary on the second bead.
Say 1 Glory Be on the third bead.
Meditate on that specific moment of Christ’s passion.
